How to change or cancel an order?

If you need to change your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order: help@Floweeeefoou.com. After this period, we will not be able to make any changes.

What if I'm not home?

If you are not home, we will reschedule delivery the next day, or our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on your chosen country and delivery method.

If your package cannot be delivered, you may need to pick it up at your local post office.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please email help@Floweeeefoou.com.

What are pre-order items? Can I cancel a pre-order order?

Pre-order items are items you order before our inventory arrives. You can cancel your order before it is fully processed. To cancel, please email help@Floweeeefoou.com. I ordered both in-stock and pre-order items. Will they be shipped separately?

We will ship all items together once they arrive. If you would like to receive the in-stock items first, please email help@Floweeefoou.com.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy.

Items must be in their original condition, and return tags and hygiene seals must be intact. Items must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

Floweeeefoou.com offers a full refund (item price does not include original shipping costs).

All returned items can be sent to our returns warehouse in the United States.

How do I request a return?

Requesting a return has never been easier!

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. To return an item, please email help@Floweeefoou.com within 14 days of receiving your package using the email address you used to place your order. Please note that we cannot refund the initial shipping cost for returned items unless there is a quality issue with the product itself. Furthermore, we cannot refund return postage.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will either resend the item or process a refund (the item price does not include the original shipping cost).

We are not responsible for any clothing lost during the return process. We recommend using registered mail for returns and keeping tracking information.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
